"I am a recently new patient here due to my previous physician retiring. The staff and doctor are very pleasant BUT if you don't have a zero balance don't expect to get refills OR don't expect them to have you step on the scale to get your weight. The times I was there I was asked how much I weigh and thats what they put. As for the overdue balance I was getting charged a high co pay everytime I went. This wasn't previously the case with my previous physician and I never changed coverage. I explained that I was in the process of finding out what changed and that I would make sure that the balance would be taken care of. I was up for a refill on BP medicine and they wouldn't fill it until the balance was paid, wouldn't respond back to emails so I would have to call. I guess its ONLY blood pressure so ethically it wasn't important."

"Don't go there until you are ready to wait for at least around 45-60 minutes once you are made to sit inside a room. It has happened to us twice and today we had to walk out. I was told that the doctor was checking out other kids whereas I accidentally happened to stumble upon her enjoying her salad or something in her room while I went out to drink water. This is so GROSS. The doctors nowadays seem to be having no ethics at all."

"I remember the first day Dr. Zakaria came into the hospital room to check on our daughter. She looked at our daughter just like she was part of her own family and had a great big smile on her face. As the years pass by, our family has been happy with all of our visits, our phone calls, and the advice we have been given. Not once did she ever opt for medicine at first chance. She taught us to be educated about what goes into the girls bodies and to research things if we needed to. She's really great about giving us answers and showing great bedside manners. If you ever get a chance to have her, or her son, as your Doctor, we can say with much appreciation, that you will be in great hands. Just so you know, we are going on our 11th year with her, and WILL continue."
