"Although professional and quick, I left having the worst pain in my arm and after voicing my concerns to them I was waved off like it was normal. I had to call them due to the increasing pain, was told I would receive a call back from the supervisor and never received it. It took 3 weeks to gain back full use of my arm. To top it all off, they overcharged me by $162.91 for a test that was blatantly shown as non eligible on my explanation of benefits. Find another provider for these services."

"I had the absolute worst experience there. Although Sharonda was very kind, I will NEVER have my blood drawn from her. I don't have a problem with needles or getting my blood drawn. From the moment she put the needle into my arm I felt a pinching. I told her immediately that it was pinching. She said she couldn't see what the problem was. It got progressively more uncomfortable and painful. I told her how much pain I was in. We had 10 vitals to draw for an in-depth physical. Maybe best to start over. She said, Do you want to stop? I needed the blood work, so I withstood the pain and just prayed she hadn't done any damage to my veins. When it was over I couldn't get out of there fast enough. Sharonda could have tried to adjust something to try and find what was pinching or make things more comfortable. Instead she just threaten to end the blood draw instead of saying, I'm sorry, let me see what the problem could be." or "Let's try the other arm." Something. It was the most painful blood draw I have ever experienced. If you can get another phlebotomist I would totally recommend it. She may be good 9 out of 10 times, but if you end up the 10th like me - the pain was almost unbearable and totally unnecessary. Try someone else or a different location. They are everywhere."
