"Great experience with my doctor for a few years there, but this place focuses more on making money than helping patients. After confirming my insurance with Troy Internal Medicine (Arcturus Healthcare PLC) front office staff multiple times before my appointment AND the doctor showed up in my insurance provider's portal. And yet I still get stuck with a $300 bill for a routine annual. The billing dept blames front office, and front office throws the blame on the patient and billing dept for not coordinating beforehand (when THEY are the gatekeepers). Not worth the mental anguish, frustration, and money. Go somewhere where they actually care about you as a human."

"I have attempted to acclimate to the subpar services offered here several times over the years. While the physicians appear to be pleasant enough, the overall operation falls short in meeting the needs of their patients. Unfortunately, this seems to be a pervasive issue within primary care practices, exacerbated by our dysfunctional healthcare system. All the same, I've reached my limit and will find a new practice. Enduring lengthy hold times, encountering impolite staff, enduring extensive wait times during office visits, and experiencing a general lack of accessibility to assistance has become unbearable."

"Typical American healthcare practice which is terrible. Owned or partnered by Beaumont so all they want is money. Customer service is terrible. Calling their office is a nightmare. Had a couple yearly physicals and Dr. Price ordered vit D from my blood work which is rarely ever covered under ins so had to pay out of pocket for something I didn’t request."

"They were ok years ago, but now you could die there and no one would notice or even care. Before my yearly checkup they wanted me to come in fasting for bloodwork. I am a Type 1 diabetic and my Endocrinologist already ran these labs. I brought those results to my appointment. Flash forward several months. My arms hurt so bad that I could hardly lift them. Troy Internal absolutely refused to run any labs. I asked several different times. They said "your Endocrinologist runs your labs". Yes for diabetes; not for pain issues. They took a couple of xrays then left a generic message stating nothing is broke, call us if you start feeling worse. How much worse? Not being able to go to work? Later after going to another doctor who did an ultrasound did I find out that I had a torn rotator cuff and inflammation issues. I have other stories; but will end here. I do not recommend this office."

"I am new to Michigan and needed to find a primary care doctor. I am blessed to have been assigned to Dr. Manny. Simply stated, she is outstanding. I find her to be personable, kind, caring, extremely professional and highly skilled. I cannot speak more highly of her."
