"I did enjoy seeing dr Lauren for the past 4 years. However this past year trying to get in to see her is a joke. I have a health issue that needed to be taken care of asap & I was told the soonest is 6 weeks I can get in. What’s the point of having a primary doctor if you have to go spend money at urgent care to handle issues anyway. It’s extremely frustrating, however hopefully the next dr I receive I won’t be stuck on hold for ten minutes like I am now. I wanted to call to cancel my appointment & make note that I will no longer be seeing dr Lauren. But ten minutes of waiting is my cut off time. So sorry when the “no call no show” appears on that day. Good luck to anyone who try’s to get in there."
