"Sarah at the front desk and George were very helpful. I'm always in and out quickly. I feel good taking my kids here. Only time I don't use this urgent care is if they are closed or ex rays are needed."

"My first visit. I was well received. Provided my ID and insurance cards and within10 to 12 minutes, I was called into a diagnosis room by a nurse who measured my vital signs while asking questions including medications I take as well as my reason for coming in. She collected a nasal sample from my nose. Shortly thereafter a Nurse Practioner came in. She was very professional and listened closely to my expressed complaints. She listened to my heart, and lungs, and inspected my nose, ears, and throat. She told me I had Influenza. She provided options for resolve and we had a discussion about them. I selected the one we both agreed upon. She called in a script to my pharmacy and instructed me to call urgent care if I had any issues with medication. I felt I was well taken care of. They also supplIed a referral to an ENT Specialist. Their offices were very clean and looked and smelled fresh. They are good. I would go there anytime. Lance"

"It is my go-to urgent care. The staff is friendly and helpful, the front desk staff and medical assistant is bang on top notch. My kids are always taken care of and if I ever have any issues with needing a note or an rx issue, they are always quick to respond and assist in any way they can."

"DO NOT COME HERE. One of the rudest people in the world works at the desk her name is Loretta she is extremely rude and unprofessional. Talks to you like you’re beneath her. I’ve never seen anyone in a medical place talk like that. The main issue was nurse practitioner Ashley refused to see my 4 year old for ear pain and being dizzy. She wasn’t “comfortable” seeing him. Well guess what you’re in the wrong profession then. They refused to even check his vitals or take a temperature or anything. They were extremely dismissive and told us to go somewhere else. This is a 4 year old bring him in and if it’s an emergency call 911 you heartless rude people. Do not go here. I will be filing a formal complaint with the state about this place and those employees. That lady should not be in the medical field denying someone medical attention is ridiculous."
