"Not the best experience with her. The plain language used would have been helpful had she taken my symptoms seriously. Felt like she was talking down to me and just wanted to get me out of the office. Don’t typically have issues at this office as my normal primary care doctor is there. So I was very disappointed to be treated like this."

I don't mind honesty and being blunt, however she made me feel terrible even in the past couple years have been bad for everyone. She may have more professional in the past but that is no longer the case. I dreaded every appointment, even online appointments. Every other complaint below is valid. Look elsewhere."

"She had her secretary call me to say I should not go to my appointment with her and that I should stay at my "normal" office (I don't have a primary care physician and really was looking forward to meeting her and finally having a primary care physician). My "normal" office had told me to try another office for open appointments as I needed to be seen urgently for more blood work as I was just in the ER. I told them I needed this appointment and she still insisted on canceling it and refused. Luckily I was able to get a new on the next day with a different doctor thanks to an extremely nice lady that scheduled me in and called to make sure I wouldn't get canceled on again."

"Dr. Benevich is knowledgeable, kind, and easy to talk to talk to. She was the the first physician ever in my life to ask me what I needed from her. And then she listened to my concerns and we made a plan together. I have an unusual illness and Dr. Benevich researched it before my appointment. She took lots of time with me and I feel extremely well cared for. Best physician ever!"
