"I can’t explain how thankful I am for this process! I was a little concerned after completing the test and seeing some people were not happy with their results, but I waited it out and I couldn't be happier. My doctor’s office was 6 months out for testing and having ADHD you know how likely it is that I’ll search other doctors for testing. I found ADHD online and it seemed like exactly what I needed. I took a long time to complete the test with a lot of detail (like 2-3 hours), but I wanted it to have everything in it. I got my results the next day and have already brought them to my own doctor for treatment. Highly recommend!"
"Slow. $200 to set first appointment. Then your first appointment is another $200. It has been 6 days now and my prescription still has not made it over to my pharmacy. I called and was told "tough" we resp9nded in 24-48 hours once you create a ticket. Well it has been 96 hours and still nothing. Good new is, in order to continue I get to spend another $200 in 3 weeks to renew the prescription that I haven't even received yet. Total that up and it is $600 in one month for nothing. I started this process 2 weeks ago and still waiting."
"After hearing about ADHD Online, LLC a couple years ago, I had done some research looking up customer reviews to figure out what kind of experience people were having. Responses varied, but at the time it had seemed there had been a lot of negative feedback about people's experience. I decided to give it a shot for myself recently and so far for me personally, I have gotten fantastic customer support. My physician is very sweet, and I feel as though she genuinely cares about helping me get the treatment I've needed and that I'm taken care of. My wait times on support tickets have not been delayed, and response times have been very reasonable and what I would expect even from in-personal psychiatric clinics. From my personal experience so far, I can tell this company values customer feedback and has seemed to make a lot of improvements to accommodate their patients and make sure they get the services/support they need."
"Overall a great platform that is extremely detail-oriented in the assessments. Service and feedback with any questions after appointments is followed-up almost immediately. My experience with my psychiatrist Nicole Falcon has been great. By the end of my first session I had zero questions, she covered all bases and took the needed time to assess and understand what's going on with me thoroughly before making any determinations for my treatment plan. I am happy I kept an open mind to this because they definitely exceeded my expectations."
"Absolutely terrible customer service. The amount of time I’ve spent going back and forth is ridiculous. Calling in is the best option no matter what they tell you. Emailing is slow and they miss 1/3 of the messages or don't respond. Then when you do call in, they say they see the message but haven't replied or acknowledged it so you know they have received it. They have increased the cost twice since I’ve been using their service. You’re better off going to a local doctor and pay your $20 or $30 copay opposed to the $169 they are now charging. Also, I would not use Dr Avery at all either. On top of this, when you do get your prescription transferred, the pharmacy is likely out of stock by then. It shouldn’t take weeks to get a transfer completed. Then you have to call around again to see if anyone else has available inventory and hope you can get the prescription request filled before that pharmacy is out. This is not a well thought out plan of action around situations such as this."
