"I recieved mail from this location that was delivered to the wrong address. It was a a large yellow envelope. I called because I thought it may be important. The person that answered didn't care, she didn't ask any questions. She just said "not on a sunday" I don't know what this references, because can't legally open it. She should be fired for a complete lack of care. The health of a child may depend on this information."
