"Dr. Masuma is a very knowledgeable doctor and I appreciate her holistic approach, but everything else about the office, communication, and personal interactions is very much lacking. There always seems to be miscommunication between front desk staff and there is a general lack of friendliness while figuring things out. We were often left waiting in the room for long periods of time and while the nurses were always great and put my kids at ease, Dr. Masuma always seemed very rushed. We always left feeling frazzled and usually left with more questions than I came in with. I also don’t think anyone looks at charts before hand as they never remember our visit history with them and my children’s reoccurring issues. Our last appointment lasted all of two minutes for which I will pay a full bill for. I was also told that her doing that appointment was a curtesy bc we were being discharged as patients bc we didn’t do our annual wellness check with her. I had no communication about this prior."

They also have a full stock of vitamins/formula/other items you can purchase on site that have all been evaluated by them to be safe and the 'cleanest' options. I really appreciate that Dr. Masuma offers a perspective that incorporates both Western medicine and holistic approaches to health. We chose to go here from recommendations because most offices force you to sign an agreement to receive all vaccines or else you cannot be a patient there, so I appreciate that they allow us choices and spaced out vaccination schedules."
