"Mismanaged my files. Only cared to schedule a sugary without even reading my referring Dr. Files or biopsy report! How? Who does this? Couldn't even call me back in 2 weeks time. The billing, when her scheduliars call me to set everything up, and ask me to pay their estimated Co.pay in advance, as a courtesy to me? "sounds like $$ is all they care about! "Update" Dr. chose to contact the referring Dr. to inform them of this review !?!? This is completely inappropriate, and completely confirms my case.
