Barking Lot

"If i could give 0 stars i would, went there a couple months ago, i left a review when i left the day of but its not longer able to be found. Took my pup in for a nail trim, people weren't to bad until the nail trim started, cant tell you what her name was at this point, she hooked my pup up to the pole and started to do the trim. He started to get rambunctious with it as he wasn't to sure what was going on, but that didn’t phase the lady at all as she continued to trim the nails. At one point my pup was not digging it what so ever and was squirming and then started choke on the lead that was attached to the pole so she stopped for a moment. Her words to me were “i’m not sure why he’s choking on that its not that tight” i asked to remove it for a moment because i personally thought it was to tight she replied with “why its not choking him so theres no reason to” and asked again then she replied with i inly have a few more left can i just keep going i said no took the collar off myself and walked out. They are lucky they even got the money for the trim as i was pissed."

"They haven't been accepting "new clients" in 2 years,even though my dogs have been there before and I am a friend of firmer owners Barb Salvador and her daughter Katie,It seems like once these new owners bought the business, they turned their backs on us regular clients. I wouldn't even give 1 star, but 0 stars we're not an option."

"I take my two dogs and my long-haired cat here, I highly reccomend the services that they provide here. Fairly priced for everything that they include in a grooming service! Every time I pick my pet up from an appointment, I make sure to schedule my next appointment out in advance."

"Took my dog Oati here for his first time getting groomed. He came out a happy boy! They did an amazing job, he was incredibly soft. This was also the only place that actually answered their phone and i was able to get in in 2 weeks."
