"I've been to multiple physical therapists over the years, and this location is by far one of the best. They offer a wide variety of treatments to best assist you in the recovery process. Lichelle, Kim, and Kelsey are great therapists, and the rest of the staff are fantastic, as well. They helped me recover from a bout of chronic tendonitis and a pinched nerve. They had me up and running again on less than 6 months. I do not look forward to needing a physical therapist again, but I know when I do, the HealthQuest New Baltimore team will take excellent care of me. If you need a physical therapist, definitely check them out."

"Since the first time I walked into the New Baltimore location the staff made me feel right at home. As you walk in you are greeted by Hanna who takes care of appointments/insurance /billing answering all my questions with a smile. I had shoulder surgery on both shoulders. Lichelle, Kim and Blake had a big job to get my first arm strong, quick enough to be able to handle things so I could do the second surgery just 12 weeks later. They designed a precise therapy plan for in the clinic and att home. The plan was easy to follow and with Blake’s attention to detail and making sure I was doing the exercises correctly not just going through the motions was key to my quick recovery. Blake is definitely a rising star in the PT field. My therapist Kim was amazing to work with. Her skill at getting my arms to stretch and move where they didn’t want to go was accomplished with minimal discomfort. All this made going to therapy more enjoyable.
