"Ive been trying to get a referral sent to my chiropractor for over a month & apparently nobody cares to do that. Truly glad to be switching offices soon because YIKES this place is a mess. Don’t be in healthCARE if you don’t CARE."
"Let me just start by saying I have been going to this office since I was a child (25 now) and this is the worst the office has ever been ran. I am so happy Dr.Marston is leaving and I will gladly be following her. The office staff is RUDE and very unhappy to help you. I’ve had nothing but horrible interactions with Stephanie at the billing desk. Your best bet is to speak with the manager only (as Karen as that sounds) because she is the only one who has any sense. Literally the worst office ever I’m so excited to no longer be apart of it and I hope every one steers clear."
"It is absolutely ridiculous to be waiting over an half hour in the waiting room and then over 45 minutes to see the doctor once you’re called back. I love my doctor but I guess it’s time for a switch. Shouldn’t take 3-4 hours to go in for a check up ."
"Some young amazing doctors here. However, the office staff and policies are terrible. The staff can be rude, incompetent and have a superiority complex. They fail to meet the minimum effort for quality customer service. Their billing policies show a lack of empathy and common sense. There is a self pay option for a routine visit of $75. But only if you don't have insurance. I have insurance but it doesn't cover doctor visits so they charge me the full $145 wich is the rate that they charge the insurance company for people that do have office visit coverage. And we all know they over charge the Insurance company to offset the discount that's forced on them. At my most recent visit just for refills they charged me $175. They said it was higher probably because the doctor spent too much time with me and or I had too many prescriptions. Yet it was the same as every visit for the past decade. Whomever is in charge of this "buisness" obviously lacks integrity and or good faith toward their patients. Having no office visit coverage is the same as not having insurance. Just do the right thing...especially in the medical field."
"I’d like to share that Dr. Katherine Marston is an amazing doctor and I wish she would go to any other office. I feel like this office over books everything. EVERY SINGLE appointment I schedule I might as well plan on being seen an hour later. This is now the third time in a row that I have an appointment and have not even walked back for an hour after it was scheduled. Not one word from the front desk about this delay on any of the instances, not even a sorry for the inconvenience. It is beyond frustrating to have an appointment at 5:15, and not being seen until after 6:15. Everyone’s time is valuable, I don’t see them taking patients who walk in an hour late. If the staff is reading this, please figure it out. You are going to continue to lose patients."
