"I’ve been to 3 therapist in my life and everytime I would go to a new one I would go for 3-5 vists and I wouldn’t feel a connection and I would never go back. I kept thinking to myself counseling wasn’t for me I don’t get anything out of it and I never feel a connection with my therapist. Then I met Bernadette Gonzalez and all of that changed. From the first moment I stepped into her office I felt 100 percent comfortable with her and she helped me through the darkest time of my life. As a man I couldn’t recommend her anymore to other men that might typically feel uncomfortable talking to men about there problems. It’s always been a struggle of mine to talk about my problems and with her never once did I feel uncomfortable or like she was judging me in fact it was the opposite. I could go on and on about all the positive things I have to say about her but if you’re struggling I suggest you go and check her out for yourself. She will give you all the tools to get back on track. I would also like thank Arianna Cesario she was the secretary at this location and I’ve never dealt with a more sweet and caring person in my life. She was always in a good mood and went above and beyond to help everyone out and always had a smile that could brighten your day. Overall an amazing experience here"

"Joan M. Changed our lives forever! We originally were hesitant of trying another counselor for our son who was suffering some major mental health issues. I chose Renewal based on the word Christian services! We were told we would see Joan and I was like I know the routine not expecting much. From the minute she greeted us our first visit I was wowed by her professionalism and ability to communicate with my son which gave her a run for her money. My son purposely tried to push Joan away and she just patiently waited for his breakthrough. "I have been coming to Renewal since 2015 and have seen Gerome, and a couple therapists, I now have Charissa and she is very good. Lots of issues surrounding a divorce that finalized in 2016, but has unfortunately kept going as I continue to struggle to see my young son. The support has been fantastic and I strongly recommend Renewal Christian. In case you are leery about the Christian part, the office sees all types of people from different ethnic and faith backgrounds. Christianity is not pushed on you. I am a strong believer in Christ, but anyone is welcome. The office staff, especially Kim and Leah, who have been with Renewal since I started, are wonderful to speak with regarding appointments and will get back with you quickly. I can't speak enough about Charissa, her professionalism, care and expertise has helped me a lot. Thank You"
