"I was very leery about this place because I had never heard of them. I was amazed how wonderful and considerate they were of my sister and respectfully of her feelings especially at the end of her life. The communication was wonderful. The case manager said she would reach out once a week and she did. They arranged all the Department heads to come speak to me and my sister within days of her arrival. It wasn't perfect but it was darn close. I wouldn't hesitate to go back"

"If you’re one of those people like me who are extremely anxious and scared for strangers to care for your loved ones.. trust me when I say THIS IS this kind of place you WANT to bring your loved ones to. I felt safe leaving my mom there every night for over a month. The staff is really nice and understanding. They’ve got the BEST and most efficient respiratory team. They got my mom off of the vent within a week I believe. She went from intubation in the ICU to Select and is now breathing completely on her own and speaking again. It’s also very very clean!"

"UPDATE!!! I recently discharged from Select to home and I can't say enough about how good they were to me. All the staff were so patient and kind. I had a long recovery but I made it!! I was 86 LBS when I got there and I'm almost 100 LBS now. My personal doctor is so pleased how well I got. I highly recommend this place if your loved one needs the next level of care!!!!"

"The only reason I am giving this place one star is because I have to give at least one in order to leave a review! This place sucks! The nursing staff have an attitude. If you ask the nurses a question about your loved one, they get an instant attitude. If you ask them to do anything, they get an attitude. The charge nurse looked my mother up and down with a nasty look because my mother walked into her husbands room and he was bleeding from the neck and his pads were soaked, and my mother kindly asked the nurse to clean him up and asked what happened since yesterday. The day before he was not doing any of this. I have never been to a hospital where the staff shows no empathy, compassion or sympathy for their patients or the patients loved ones. We are looking to have our loved one moved to another hospital. The staff here are clearly here for a pay check only. Please, please, please if you truly love your loved one, don’t bring them here. Update November 29, 2023. So after all this above, my family demanded new nurses. The CEO came to talk to us and we explained to him all the attitude my family is experiencing with his staff. So we received a different nurse. He was not the friendliest either. When he entered my father’s room to administer medication, my sister asked him politely what was he giving our father, he responded “medicine”, so we asked again politely, for the name and what is it for. I just don’t understand the lack of compassion from the nursing staff here. Our father came here very ill and we understand that. We ask questions because we care and we are trying to make one of the most difficult decisions of our lives regarding his situation and this place lacks compassion for what we are going through and for what our father is going through. I have never experienced anything like this before and it is very tramatizing. So, the next day my family came up, we had another nurse and she was ok. She did explain everything she was doing and what she administered to my father. My family still doesn’t trust this place completely. From the moment my father arrived at this facility, it was nothing but attitude from the nursing staff."

"Everyone was great. They took very good care of my husband. The speech therapist worked very hard helping him to be able to swallow food again. Physical therapy helped him get up and walking again. They have all private rooms so it is nice to have the privacy for patients and when visiting."
