"I left a previous detailed review of a LPC and a psychologist I saw there. I am hoping they have bettered their practice over time with more experience and feedback. I have amazing internet hard wired into my PC, so my virtual therapy with their LPC who just started seeing patients, did not go well due to his poor internet connection and lack of experience and openness about himself. I didn’t receive any growth out of multiple sessions, just frustration. With the “seasoned” psychologist, she used Bible references in telling me how to heal and hugged me, which was shocking for me due to being a hypochondriac and having PTSD, where I was barely comfortable when I offered her a handshake. I do not recommend this practice. There were too many things that were very wrong feeling. The owner is a very caring and wonderful woman who really hoped placing me with the psychologist after the failed sessions with her LPC would work. Unfortunately, it was another bad experience. The receptionist, he is so friendly and worked with me to get appointments and navigate the online sessions. I’m wish them all the best of luck and hope they can focus on the person and look at their patient’s needs, not just going through the motions of talk therapy. There has to be trust and a treatment plan for therapy to work."
