"I had a good experience working with my PT at ATI, but unfortunately I am leaving as an extremely disappointed patient. I was originally told -- and assured -- that I would only be charged $5/session, which was a great relief to me given my graduate student budget. I was charged $5/visit for each of my 3 visits. Then I received a bill in the mail saying that I actually owed $75/visit, and now I owe ATI an additional $210. They have not been able to rectify this situation. I do not know if they intentionally or accidentally misinformed me, but I would not have continued going to their clinic if I had known how much it would cost me, and I certainly won't be able to go back."
