Front staff were cordial and friendly and the technician handled the MRI very professionally. She knew what she was doing. I didn’t have to wait long to get get an appointment. I have no problem recommending Premier if you need an MRI."

"This establishment is ran my the most inconsiderate people I've seen, they'll throw your appointments around like you have nothing in your life but this one MRI, if and when you have the unfortunate pleasure of dealing with these criminals, be firm and don't let them bully you. Surprised to see we can do very little unless we file civil suit, (best outcome for you)."

They got her mri done right away and just went above and beyond to make her comfortable and at ease. Can't recommend highly enough! Great people at this facility."

"The MRI itself was fine, and the technician was very kind to me. However trying to communicate with the two front desk staff was so frustrating. They both were consistently rude to me on the phone during our correspondence before and after the MRI, and while I was at the facility waiting to be seen I witnessed them being quite cruel to a woman on the phone - and joked about it with each other afterwards. It seemed very unprofessional, especially in a medical environment where patients are likely nervous or confused. Should I need an MRI again, I will not be returning despite its proximity to my home."
