"This was my first experience of therapy and it was very discouraging, I had Isabel Riley Max. The first session she was fully committed, however every session after that she would mainly focused on the time, actively watching her watch and mentioning how much time is left so you can "wrap things up." In my sessions we would only talk about my week and daily life. When I made it clear my PAST was the issue. I only work and go home so my life isn't very eventful. So my sessions were cut short , she gave instagram/ tik tok advice and when I told her how her actions were dishearten she ignored me. Imagine this being your first experience of therapy , If you do go here try to avoid this therapist."

"My son is a pre-teen and does not do well in interacting with new people. In a month's time DART - (therapist) has been able to make my child feel comfortable enough to open up to him about his feelings. That says a lot about someone who can accomplish such a task in a short amount of time. He even goes with you outside the sessions to certain life events as support to ensure that you are represented from a licensed professional stand point. He supports the client being well rounded in every aspect of their lives. I would recommend him as the best resouce to obtain if you have children. "My experience started off really well with my first therapist Jennipher she was very helpful attentive and overall professional. After she left i have not had any success with any therapist. I have expressed may times my portal doesnt work so we could just do phone calls but not one therapist have successfully follow through with any of my appointments. I have not gotten any calls but then i would recieve a text message saying i missed my appointment when i never recieved a call to begin with. I feel they really dont care about people who are really trying to handle mental health if anything it makes you not want to reach out for help for the lack of care this place has. I will not seek help from here anymore ive tried too many times as well as my boyfriend and we have had no success. 0 stars if i could"
