"Discharged with no notice after being a patient for almost 2 1/2 years. I noticed therapists don’t really care if you’re having a bad day and correspond through email. And yes I asked to be discharged in an email but it was pretty obvious the therapist I was seeing couldn’t be bothered to ask why or what was going or did something happen to where I wanted to be discharged, but nope, they didn’t care, most likely happy one less patient to deal with. Never got a return email back and was discharged and after confronting them again through email that I didn’t receive discharge a letter which they are supposed to do and send by mail saying I was discharged, only to get an email weeks to a month later from the therapist claiming they had sent out a discharge letter and that they weren’t taking any new patients. I really could care less if you’re not taking new patients. And you don’t have to lie about saying you sent out a discharge paper when clearly you did not and still haven’t. It takes you weeks to respond to those two emails, let alone take the time to send out a discharge paper. I Absolutely did not receive a single letter and you would think after me sending an email about this, they should have sent “another” discharge letter? Nope. Still haven’t got one. They just patient dump you. And after I was supposedly sent a letter that I was discharged. They never sent my credit back to me that I had on my account, so I had to call for that, which the lady I talked to was nice and apologized which is why I’m giving 2 stars instead of one and because the therapy was good at first, but the lady I spoke with said that a check should have been sent as soon as I was discharged. I really thought this was a good place but clearly, therapist don’t care. It’s all about a paycheck. I spent 2 1/2 years with one therapist, which I was hesitant to do in the first place, and it did go good for a while, only to realize they could care less. After this experience, I will never ever see or talk to a therapist again. Totally ruined any trust I would ever have for a therapist. The mental health system is so broken. Also reading other reviews, looks like it’s a common theme that people don’t receive discharge papers. Also never on time if doing zoom meets. I’ve waited several times 20 mins. I under stand that sometimes this can happen but it happens quite often but the therapist I seen always seem to get right off as soon as our time was up even though they were late! So nevermind that hour or 45 minute session I was supposed to have but insurance was sure charged to for that time!"

"For Guardians of Adults with Developmental and Mental Disabilities the services I recommend here is outpatient and seeing the Psychiatrist. My Adult Daughter tried the other programs she has sensory issues and it was too fast paced being put in the Adult group she is 23 but developmentally not 23. I'm glad the Director of PHP let us give it a try but it just wasn't the right fit."

"They only worry about one thing and that’s payments and money. They decided to send me a bill that was not in my name after 2.5 years of service. Each woman on the phone claimed a different excuse (insurance, billing issue, etc) and not one provided a clear response . This bill was about to be in litigation until they “waived” it magically."

"I don't understand how this place still legally operates, with the consistent abuse of care. Read some of the other horror story reviews, mine is similar. I was discharged with no notice, and forced to run out of medication. They can't keep paperwork straight, and I am now being billed a full year later for services that I never received. They clearly only care about billing and don't care about the patients at all. Go anywhere else."
