"I recently completed my rehabilitation journey at Team Rehab Woodhaven, and my experience was a mixed bag. Throughout my time there, I had the opportunity to work with several members of their staff, each leaving a distinct impression. My primary Physical Therapist, Gino, deserves commendation for his expertise and proficiency in shoulder treatments. His education and training were evident in his approach, and I felt confident in his guidance throughout my sessions. Gino's dedication to his craft significantly contributed to my progress, and I'm grateful for his support. Eva, another member of the team, was notably helpful during my time at the clinic. Her assistance and willingness to address any concerns I had were appreciated, and her presence added to the positive atmosphere of the facility. However, my interactions with the PT assistants left much to be desired. After expressing my concerns to the Clinic Director, I hope to see improvements in the level of assistance provided by the PT assistants to patients. While I understand the demands of the role, it's crucial for them to step up and offer the necessary support to individuals undergoing rehabilitation. In conclusion, my experience at Team Rehab Woodhaven was characterized by a competent Physical Therapist in Gino, helpful staff like Eva, but with room for improvement in the support offered by PT assistants. With some adjustments, I believe the clinic has the potential to provide even better care to its patients."

"When I injured my right foot, went to my Podiatrist and was told I would need surgery (Open Reduction Internal Fixation) I didn't quite grasp the trauma of my situation. Surgery, months of X-Rays and new casts (non weight bearing), and my hopes were dimming.
