"First I have to say that the biggest thing I have learned is you have to work therapy, it doesn’t work for you. I have experienced a lot in my life and my therapist Karen has been incredible these last few months, she has been kind, encouraging, and consistent with me. I am thankful that I took the time to invest in myself, and I am thankful that my therapist has given me the tools and resources to navigate this season of my life."

"So my experience here didn’t go as well as I had hoped. The therapist I had was very kind and remained present throughout our sessions but just wasn’t for me. Starting off sessions by saying “So what are we gonna talk about today” then me talking about it, but only respond with “uh huh” or “ok I see how you could feel that way” without any follow through as to why my thoughts are that way, or offering ways to challenge myself is silly to me. I can talk to my husband for free (who honestly is a huge reason as to why I’ve gotten better. I suffer from OCD/Anxiety/Depression and DP/DR……….I got more insight from my husband and Youtube therapists than this place……and it’s free smh."

"I went here for a couple sessions and the therapist was great, no complaints there. However, I switched insurance plans a couple weeks prior to my appointment and I updated all of my new insurance info with them over the phone. Fast forward to today and I show up to my appointment to find out they cancelled my appt without telling me even though they sent me a reminder for my appointment just a few days ago. So I wasted my time and took time off from work to go to my appointment just to be turned away. I won’t be coming back here."

"In fairness, this review refers to an experience from over a year ago. The therapist chatted with my shy, depressed teen about hobbies and made little effort to actually treat. She also got up in the middle of sessions more than once to use the bathroom and talked about herself. Screen better. We won't ever go back."

"My family has dealt with two therapists here for three of us. One was too casual and didn't guide my son's appointments at all. This person also was way too social and off-topic and often left in the middle of appointments or became distracted during both my and my son's time. Providing contacts and resources isn't therapy. Another therapist here broke my family apart by convincing my child of things about me when I never took part in my child's therapy. I offered but was never invited to participate even to provide information up front for objective assessment and balance. I am both disappointed and heartbroken. I would not recommend this practice even though I'm certain some practitioners are effective. Two people here brought more harm than good to me and my children during the worst time in our lives."
