"Jay the owner is very unprofessional, does not run a organized work place. Does not return text, email, or phone calls in a timely fashion, sometimes it can take up til 2 days for a response. Gives you inadequate help on training, most things you have to figure out on your own. You really don't know what your salary base will be unless you ask numerous of times. This is very unacceptable and someone needs to deal with him."
