"I was billed $170 a year and a half after my initial consultation. When asked why this was happening, their billing department said it was an oversight and talked down to me when I questioned it further. At the time of the original meeting, cost was never discussed and when billed in 2024, I was told “Our clinicians do not discuss billing/insurance or invoicing. All fees are explained and covered in our Practice Policy Document and Fee Agreement”. There isn’t any documentation of me signing a fee agreement though. If you do decide to pursue working with this company, I would double triple check all of your documents. Not having open discussions about payment prior to charging someone is shady. At the very list they should be referencing the fact that the information is in their documentation and they never did. Payment was never mentioned and how they handled it when billing me was extremely rude and condescending."
