"I've had several therapists over the years, but Kerry is hands down the most insightful, challenging, and experienced professional practitioner I have ever encountered. I have made loads of measurable progress working on myself to become a better human and have found my life much more manageable with consistent conversations with her. "Definitely do research on the type of therapist fits you best. I assumed I had the best…. I didn’t get the help I needed and just felt like whatever I said was never resolved so just a bunch of stuff from the past floating around. If anything I was told therapy made me worse by my soon to be EX husband. And I blame therapy for a good portion of my marriage suddenly failing. "I came GR therapy group with high hopes. After an initial consultation I was eager to have my second season. About halfway through that second session I was told that I must figure my problems out on my own. Then a bill came in the mail for 270 dollars. Talked to a “therapist” for a total of 47 minutes and ultimately was told that I could not get help from them. I was left befuddled; hadn’t I sought out therapy to be helped, isn’t helping people resolve issues their job? GRtherapy’s sole purpose is to tell you what you already know and charge you 100 dollars an hour, ultimately telling you to ‘figure it out yourself’. I’ve gotten better advice from my barber who only charges 50/hr."
