"Everyone there made me feel welcomed. They answered my questions as well as I answered theirs. The doctor who sent me to them far as I cared, was rude and very unclear as to why I needed this exam. That put me with a chip on my should going into them. Even before this exam the doctor wanted the money for surgery and haven't even turned paperwork into my insurance company for the surgery. Infusion Associates did a great job in helping me with all my concerns and did their job fantastic. I felt like I mattered to them as a person not as number."

"This is by far the best healthcare facility I have ever visited, and I’ve been to several healthcare facilities just in the past year. I was so pleasantly surprised by how kindhearted & attentive every single staff member was- from the front desk staff, to all of the nurses. They are all absolute angels. Everyone was absolutely incredible & I wish I could put into words how unbelievably kind the staff was to me. Each day I went, I noticed that every single staff member seemed to go out of their way to show each and every patient kindness. It seemed like they really loved each patient & genuinely wanted to go above & beyond to get to know them on a personal level. You definitely don’t see that kind of compassion these days. Not only were they so kind, but also they were so knowledgeable. I never once felt uncomfortable here. In fact, I actually felt the nurses here were more knowledgeable, & better trained than many of the nurses I’ve encountered at some of the larger hospitals I’ve been to. For whatever reason, the needles didn’t hurt at all here, I’m not sure what they do differently, but it’s just incredible. Not to mention, the environment was so clean & everything smelled amazing. You could tell everything was properly sanitized. I was even a bit sad to leave on my last day. If I ever need anymore infusions, I will absolutely look forward to returning here as soon as possible.
