"$300 bill for one hour of "therapy" with my child. Dont waste your time, breath or money with this place. Its a scam. All dr vanderwall did the entire hour was ask my child to sit and listen and then charge us $300. A joke if i ever saw one."
"I started here in highschool with Alisha McAndrews and have loved the friendliest of the staff. They help answer a lot of my questions and help make sure I know when appointments are and sort out any medication questions I have that don't need to be done by a doctor. I recently also started with medication management with their pyciatris and have had a really good experience with them as well. I continue to use them as a resource while waiting for my transfer to the Kalamazoo clinic and they have also been really helpful in that process as well."

"They must be very understaffed because I've been going there for a few years and they never get my voicemails, and when I call back the next day I get put on hold, then transferred to the wrong person, put on hold again, transferred to the wrong person again....the only way I get to speak with someone is if I stop being polite and start to get rude. I hate doing that, but it's the only way I can get my refills. This happens EVERY. SINGLE. MONTH when I call in for my re-fills. The manager's explanation: "Their work load is too full". Then hire more people! I like my doctor a lot, but the office staff/nursing staff is one big frustration after another."
