"We love Pup City! We relocated to the area from another state and were looking for a new doggie daycare and boarding place for our two large dogs. They had been going to doggie daycare since they were puppies, but not particularly regularly. When I first brought them in for a temperament test, I was amazed at how much time the owner spent getting to know the dogs and asking me questions about their behavior, before he brought them back. He gave them time to feel comfortable in the lobby, with him, and learned about them. I have so appreciated the ability to tour the space (and holy cow he built everything himself…this is truly a LOCALLY run business that takes pride in the space and services) and see photos and videos of the dogs while they’re playing. Communication has been fabulous and I find the online booking tool very easy to use. I feel at ease when I drop them off, whether for daycare or boarding, knowing they will be loved and well cared for. Even if my doggies cause trouble! My sneaky labradoodle is always trying to pull stunts and escape the crate and get into food, etc. and the staff is always trying to work to find solutions that work. The detailed updates I get on how they did during their stay mean so much to me. We LOVE pup city and are so thankful to have this as an option for our girls to socialize, have fun, and be taken care of when we’re gone."

He made sure to guide us to ensure that Aurora would have a positive experience. I’ve noticed that dogs literally RUN and pull their owners into the building with their tails wagging. Matt the owner gave me an entire tour before Loca’s first day and the pride in his facility was evident and well earned as he described the challenges of renovating this space to make it the absolute safest, cleanest, fun place for all dogs! After a horrible experience at another Ann Arbor daycare we were very careful investigating daycare options for our Boston Terrier puppy. "We adopted our puppy, Duncan, over the summer and found out right away that he had more energy than we knew what to do with. We started looking for daycare options and discover Pup City and came in for a tour. The facility is so clean and each room has access to an outdoor yard. We couldn’t wait to get our little guy in there. Duncan has been going once a week and as soon as we pull into the parking lot he gets so excited he practically runs to the doors! We can watch him on the webcams and can see that he has a blast all day long. The owner, Matt, is very in tune with dog behaviors and making sure that he pairs dogs with the same energy and play style. We are so happy with our experience at Pup City and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a doggie daycare!"

"From the first time walking in the door with my puppy, Daisy, I immediately felt comfortable leaving her at Pup City. It’s clean and everything from the socialization, fun play structures, accessibility to outside, and the cute crafts gives Daisy great enrichment. I know she is safe while having fun. I like I can watch her anytime on the webcams anytime and the rates are very reasonable. Matt and the staff are great. He takes the time to get to know each of the dogs and has excellent communication with owners. It’s obvious Matt has a passion for what he does and is very knowledgeable about dogs.
