"My experiences with staff here have all been top notch, but it's really clear they need more people so the techs stop burning out. I've gotten all of my prescriptions filled quickly, and they're willing to fill partial orders if they have some of your medication, but are waiting on the rest, so you don't have to go completely without. Overall, good people, good pharmacy, but it seems like they need better support from management."

"can't even get a flu shot done right with these people waited 20 minutes in a medication line for them to tell me flu shots check in at prescription drop off (no signage indicating this and the consultation room is on that side of the pharmacy) woman laughed and just said "HAH yeah I keep telling them to get a sign"....okay...so I go to the drop off area and was not acknowledged in 15 minutes, so I left."

"Medication’s are always late or they never have it in stock, pharmacist with bad attitudes and long lines. I’m so glad that I switched to a different pharmacy."

"I'm not sure what is going on over at the Meijer pharmacy, but their customer service has been terrible lately. I used to like going there because it's very convenient. We grocery shop at primarily at Meijer, and it's close to home. They also have better prices on prescriptions than most competitors, at least for our family's prescriptions. However, we've recently had some negative experiences there. A single incident I'm able to overlook as we all have bad days, but it's become a pattern. We've been interrogated by pharmacy technicians about why various family members are prescribed their medications, what they "used to take instead", and recommendations for other medications. None of this is appropriate or within the scope of their practice. After our first experience with this, I spoke to our doctor because none of the prescriptions were new. These were just standard medications for common but chronic health conditions, and our doctor confirmed that this was unusual, and we do not need to defend this with anyone at the pharmacy. For a few dollars more and a few extra miles, we'll be going to another pharmacy from now on."

"They're busy, yes. In general, I've been treated courteously and efficiently. They have a mobile app with an "Express Checkout," so if I have signed up for text notifications, when imy prescriptions are ready I can provide info and a signature through the app that I'd normally provide at the counter. I like that efficiency. I think it's amazing that in general, they are able to fill my order the same day or the next day. I've gotten most of my annual vaccinations and special ones, such as the shingles shot, as well as most of my Covid boosters, at this pharmacy. With the vaccines, you'll wait a bit because they have to get the shot ready for you. Then it's done in private. You can make an appointment for any shot - just be prepared to fill out an information sheet each time. If you get texts, they'll send you a form. I have no issue with this pharmacy or its personnel, but I think with the volume of business they have, they might be a little short-staffed at the counter."
