Dr. Melissa Bayci

"*Update, it’s now been days and neither has called back, no one reaching out to fix anything with the managers behavior and no appointment set still. At this point it seems like they are playing a mind game with me and intentionally delaying everything. I wish I could give a 5 star rating. My appointment and conversations with Dr. Bayci were great. She explained things very well and was very understanding. The reception staff was also very nice and quick. However, days later when trying to get on the schedule for a hysterectomy, the scheduling assistant, Kerri kept cutting me off, wouldn’t let me ask my second question. She just kept repeating, very rudely, over and over that the doctors aren’t responsible for scheduling and that the time given by the doctor isn’t valid. Ok, after she kept cutting me off over the 14 minute phone call. She got more and more rude as I waited to see what my surgery time was. I opted to do just the surgery with Dr. Bayci and not the other surgery together since they were booking out over 3 months to combine them. She wouldn’t listen to that and said she didn’t have a time for me then. I asked for her manager for scheduling to call me when she could. 3 hours later she did call, and proceeded to tell me she was sitting next to the first scheduler and did nothing about her behavior or attitude while she supposedly sat there listening. She said that she was in training which is mind boggling that this is okay while training. She did nothing to correct it, nothing to take over and if she was right there, why did it take that long for a call back and why is she complacent with people getting treated like this after such a lengthy runaround. I heard the Internet was down and they were going through it, but they were disgusting allowing their staff to treat patients like this. Both were just gross and refusing to just book the surgery I need. A lot of us are coming in for things that are scary and problematic, and having had a hell of a year medically it was such a slap in the face to be treated like this, to be kicked when you are already down. All the patients want is some understanding and empathy, but these two couldn’t give it and made it so much worse. I’m not sure how someone like this is able to even work with patients, let alone people. Now there is notes in my file how I was rude! Not the employee in treating nor the manager. I really don’t get why the first scheduler was so rude and that her supervisor did NOTHING to help out correct it. Instead she backed her snd said we were both cutting the other off. She then got super rude herself. I asked if their calls are recorded so they could listen to it and correct it, but, no. She said they do but didn’t for either of my phone calls. All the initial staff and the doctor were really nice, understanding and helpful. Just the two women handling the scheduling were so rude and off putting that I had to take my anxiety medication. I wish this weren’t the case because my initial visit was so nice."

"Loved the office and loved Dr. Bayci. She’s thorough and caring. She put me at ease before I became dramatic. Lol. I’m so glad I saw her."
