"Dr. M is nice but the help is not. I don’t know if it’s her or if it’s her little helpers that is the problem. My appointment was canceled due to Dr. M being sick. The help called and canceled my appointment and said that Dr. M will set aside time for those who appointment was canceled. I called several times to reschedule and was told that Dr. M said there is nothing she can do. So, although she was very nice for the year I’ve been with her, I don’t like that she did not keep her word or maybe her help is the problem…. Either way both need some fixing."

"Dr. Mausi is really great but the staff here is the worst. They're very rude and are in no way helpful. I'm really thinking about changing my doctor because of them. I have never felt comfortable or welcomed walking into this office."

"Lori mausi is an amazing Dr who really takes the time to individually care for her patients. She is compassionate, intelligent and professional. It's a shame that she's getting bad reviews based on her staff as she is by far one of the best drs I've ever seen (and I've seen a lot of them). That's probably why it's so hard to get in to see her because she actually cares about each patient and gives them the time and treatment they deserve. She's helped me immensely over the course of the past few years, and through 2 pregnancies and healthy beautiful babies."

"First I have to say I absolutely LOVE Dr. Mausi! She has delivered both of my babies, both of which were high risk and born a little early. I had to have 2 appointments a week towards the end of both pregnancies and the office was very helpful and flexible with working around my schedule. Minus having babies, Dr. Mausi is very professional but also personable. She makes it a point to tell me about latest research to help guide decision making but also I have never felt judged by her for my personal decisions. I would recommend her and anyone in that office to anyone!"
