"If you are going to see Dr. Moore for your yearly checkup to renew a birth control subscription I HIGHLY recommend you look elsewhere. She and her staff engage in "holding birth control hostage". She gave me an 11 month prescription instead of 12 months so that I would have to schedule an appointment before the last month was given, and when I instead scheduled my yearly appointment with an OBGYN closer to where I live her extremely rude staff refused to refill my last month's prescription to get me to my appointment. I called multiple times and the staff members were very rude and dismissive, basically stating they did not care and I was not their problem anymore. Luckily my general doctor empathized and provided me with the one month that i needed, as randomly coming off birth control for a month can be very bad for a woman's health. My general doctor was shocked that another doctor would do that to me. DO NOT go to Dr. Moore if this is just for a yearly birth control check-up."
