"I wanted a doctor who looked like me (black) to care for us during My pregnancy because how high the black maternal mortality rate is compared to other ethnicities in America. Nurse Lynn (nurse practitioner) & the doctor herself took care of me during my entire pregnancy & even postpartum care. Very professional & knowledgeable. I will definitely use their services again for all my future pregnancies & female care."

"I just called and a lady who claimed her name was Karen..(I had to ask her 3 times before she would tell me) answered is NOT very nice. I'm trying to become a new patient after being referred by a very reputable source but after this.. I don't think so! After I told her I had medicaid her tone was as if I was bothering her. I understand an office not accepting certain insurance but to answer as if I'm a problem who is beneath you was very disgusting and disappointing of her. I asked if she could refer me to someone else, she told me to Google. Once I told her that I did, and their office came up in my specific search, she said very rudely, " yea well I don't know why it keeps doing that". I then asked for the price of an office visit as paying cash is never a problem, especially if they are great doctors. She huffed and left me on hold now for 7 mins and counting. I have been typing this review during this very unprofessional exchange and hold. Maybe she upset at the election results idk. I have NEVER encountered such a rude person in the medical field over the phone. I am super nice! She just came back and told me that no appointments were available until the end of Feb 2021... sure. Would NOT recommend, very ghetto. Your health is way too important to go here and encounter women like her..... in a women's health facility. Smh. The doctor should be ashamed of who is representing her. She came HIGHLY recommended im very upset that I won't get the pleasure."

She’s professional, listen to all your needs, provide excellent bedside manner and personable to all of her patients. Always finding ways to help improve your health. Not to mention the entire staff is great. Especially Angie Malone, her medical assistant very kind, patient and understanding. She’ll make you feel like family.
