"I have no intentions of bringing my children back to Dr. Gavin’s office, Dr Gavini has lost his skills as a trained Doctor every since Dr. Rachel left him and went on to be a better physician. Dr. Gavini lacks proper bedside manners and very rarely fully examines or listen to patient issues, that's why I have lost all respect for him as a doctor as well as the rude and unprofessional office staff. It is with great pleasure to find another physician because my children deserve better than their office has to offer. He often rushes you through visits and walks out without even saying your visit is complete, I have often had to ask questions as he was exiting the exam room and then asking again are we done."

I have been calling the office for 3 week's now trying to get my son's records for an IEP meeting at his school and no one is returning my calls. I NEED this information and have said this on every message I have left. This is after my horrible experiences I had with them when visiting is the office. We stopped going to Dr. Gavini due to his office staff."

"He used to be a wonderful doctor. He was my children's doctor from the say they were born. Never a bad time. Then he hired new office staff, and they are some of the nastiest, vile human beings ever put on this planet. I have a child with special needs and a child with ADHD. During a scheduled appointment his office manager screamed at me in front of people in the waiting room, laughed at me, in front of my child, was rude, and nasty. She made nasty comments to nurses while I was standing there about me. I left there in tears all because I asked for a copy of my child's records. Later that week I got a letter telling me my children were no longer welcome at the office. Then she refused for over a month to send my kids records to the new doctor."
