"Huge theatre. This was one of the nicest theatre's we've been to in a long time. We went to go see Dune Part 2 last night (February 25th, 2024), and I've also never seen a movie theatre that packed full of people before. The lines were insane. I wish I got pictures, this place was so nice."

"Nice selection of new release movies. The screens/sound are good. Plenty of free parking nearby. On the day that I attended, I took advantage of the '$5 Fan Faves' deal to get in at a discounted price. The only reason I didn't give AMC Star Great Lakes 5-stars was that the seats in the theater were outdated."

"We had a group of 5 and the guy refused to ring us up separately. We understand there was a line but we waited our turn just as everyone else did. He then proceeded to take our gift card and charge it even though we said we couldnt use all of it. He was trying to save time but he made it take way longer than it should have. This “movie theater” is ran by people who have no common sense."

"I am not sure if they are waiting for the lease to end.  Except for the Special theatre rooms,  this theatre needs desperate repairs and renovations.   It looks bad.  Half the theatre was closed off.     Nothing was open except 1 ticket guy and one concessions area. Bar was closed and no note. Service was okay.   The theatre was old style small seats.  They have not been replaced in decades. Stay away,  go to different theatre company."

"Rude staff. Rude theater cleaners. Rude concession staff. Especially the girl with the blue hair. Dirty theaters. Dirty concession areas. Urine smelling men’s rooms. Don’t waste your money on the flatbread pizza. The giant pretzels good. But they never have the dipping cheeses for it. They have not had the large popcorn buckets for months. so you can only order one size. So you gotta leave to get a refill and miss the movie. The movies have been starting late.
