"This is our village! The staff here are like family and are truly amazing. They truly care about our kids and are focused on their needs. They communicate so well too. I look to them for advice and consult with them about health concerns or behavioral concerns with our kids. We simply trust them! Not to mention, they have a great culture and do fun and new experiences with the kids weekly! From a valentines dance, to birthday parties, etc. a great example is they recently had a veterinarian day with the kids and they got to take care of stuffed animals, it was so sweet. I love that our kids are loved here and are learning and growing at KC north Troy. It’s a special place and continues to get better and better with Janet’s new leadership. We are grateful!"

"Our experience here was amazing! My children had never been to daycare before and the teachers and staff went above and beyond to make them feel comfortable and have an easy transition. Plus their app is awesome. They would update me every time a diaper was changed, they took a nap, ate food and send pictures all day long and a full report at the end of the day. As a mom, leaving them anywhere was the hardest part and this app and the detail the teachers put into updating it was the next best thing besides me actually being there to see them go through their day in person. I highly recommend it here and was so thankful to find a place I actually felt comfortable with."

"We have taken our son here since he was 18 months old and remained there until he started Kindergarten. We have also had our daughter there since she was around 2 years old and will also stay there until she starts Kindergarten next year. The center is full with great, caring teachers and the site director Maria is an absolute please to work with! She has been accommodating to us and to other parents as well countless times when we needed her help most. There are also other programs to enroll your kids in within the center dance, math, cooking and phonics programs will help better prepare your kid(s) for when they start Kindergarten. My wife and I absolutely recommend this location to bring kids to."

"Highly recommend and cannot share enough good things about North KC. The facility is clean, wide variety of toys and activities, schedules, water days in the summer and holiday celebrations. Professional pictures twice a year, fun crafts for Mothers/ Fathers Days and create holiday gifts for family. The staff is absolutely incredible and treat us like family. As a full time working mom, these women made the transition easier to go back to work to know my girls are in the best of hands. We have also made some awesome friends with all the parents of our children that will go with us to elementary school. Extended hours as well if longer commute for parents when needed."

"We absolutely love North Troy KinderCare! We switched to North Troy KinderCare when my son was an infant because we were not satisfied with the precautions our previous daycare was taking when there was a Measles outbreak. Now that we are in the middle of the Covid-19 pandemic, we are so happy that we made that decision. We are confident that North Troy KinderCare is doing everything within their power to keep our child safe. Everyone there is wonderful and it truly feels like a family. Communication with the Director is easy. She is quick to answer the phone or respond to an email. The KinderCare app keeps us informed throughout the day on how our little one is doing through pictures and a detailed log of meals and diapering. The curriculum challenges our toddler to learn every day. I am amazed at how many activities they are able to fit into a single day. The outdoor spaces are beautiful and they even have a covered outdoor space for the young toddlers to play. I would highly recommend North Troy KinderCare to anyone looking for a safe and educational daycare or preschool."
