"Stayed for several days Oct 2023. Rooms are well designed and staff was courteous and helpful. People with sensory issues be aware the cleaning products are highly scented and it is very loud. During my stay an inebriated person left body contents through the hallway and people were frequently smoking right outside the main door. The tv was not working correctly. Any sound absorbing materials in those hallways would help. I’ve never experienced a place so loud. The wifi is awful. I paid extra for faster wifi (absurd to require that anyway), but even that was so slow that a video call lagged frequently."

"Located in a parking lot, the guest in hotel are hanging out in parking lot drinking alcohol, trash everywhere in parking lot. Staff extreme rude. Minimal hours anyone is at desk. Would not recommend this hotel. The only thing that is good is the price, but you get what you pay for."

"Terrible experience. My family and I have had nothing but issues there. They allow drunk people to lay next to elevators and for staff to be rude to guests but will threaten to kick you out for making any noise in the middle of the day. It is extremely unprofessional to have to walk on eggshells. Don’t bring your kids there because they aren’t expected to not make a sound at any point or time. What a joke. The staff will misguide you. Don’t waste your money there."
