"My furnace died in the middle of the night so I called the emergency line at 9:00 a.m. the maintenance technician was there within 15 minutes and ended up replacing the computer board in my furnace along with replacing the filter with a better filter and replacing a dirty sensor. Top notch work in my opinion!"

"Ive lived here almost a year. The units look nice but the walls are very thin and the floors are thinner. I can hear the people above me speaking and watching tv lol. Why not invest in making them more sound proof? Make it make sense"

"Paper thin walls that you hear everytime your neighbors walk, even outside the front door. Office staff is unorganized. Ask them something and they scramble to find things. Cody was the only constant. Zero notice of any grounds maintenance. Train tracks behind the complex are too close. Apartment updates made the apartment “feel” cheap"

"nd they basically told us to move down the street at Portsmouth. All they care about is money and not you. My wife is a nurse and has to sleep during the day at times and she has to go to her mom's house 15 min away because she can’t sleep. Work hours are from “8:30 to 6” yet there were multiple times they started banging and working at 7 in there MORNING to 8 pm. It is absolutely ridiculous how they’re doing everything and how they’re so careless about the residents. I spoke to other people staying here too and every single one said they are sick of all this and can’t wait to move out. I will NOT recommend this place to absolutely anyone. Crazy prices for “renovated” apartments but nonstop noise. We complained so many times that we smell our neighbors food and they all keep saying there’s nothing we can do. We literally smell EVERY food our neighbors make and it fills the entire apartment up. It is horrible. They’re also increasing rent as well if you choose to renew. Absolute joke."

"When Mary showed me the apartment I got goosebumps! It was everything I had been looking for! Wood flooring throughout, open concept layout, beautiful white cabinets, stainless steel appliances, quartz countertops, and an amazing view of the pond and fountain! I fell in love! Mary welcomed me with a smile and was very pleasant to work with. She went above and beyond to get me into that apartment the very same day! I had just changed my mind about another property so I was already packed and ready to go with movers scheduled and all… and Mary took me through the process from application to approval to signing the lease in just a couple hours! I cannot get over how perfect everything had gone and I still can’t get over how beautiful my new home is! My best friend even said she would move here! I totally recommend Hillside apartments!"
