"Great way to save money for non emergency pet visits"

"NEVER take your cats to one of their vaccine clinics. They take you to the store’s stockroom where they have all of the animals out. My cat got scared and immediately got out of their leash and hid. The vet started chasing him with a broom, strangled him and dangled him by the leash, and then kicked him back into the crate. They then refused to give him any vaccinations."

"Took two dogs, 5 & 4 years olds, in to get shots updated. Got the first set of shot's and had to come back to get the booster shots. Paid $532 for them. The next group was going to be over $300. They don't offer the booster shots as a package. I wished they'd told me that when I got the first set of shot's. Now I have to go through it again while I save up for them. I'm a disabled veteran. I don't have alot of money to waste like that. $532 all for nothing is hard to swallow when you are on a fixed income. When people bring their animals in for shots and there are going to be boosters involved you should make them aware of the costs upfront!!!"

"Not happy with this company at all. Went to get a second series of shots and they recommended all kinds of stuff that we MUST have in order to board our dog. Come to find out, she needed none of it and they up sold us nearly 100 dollars in things we didn't need to have. Calling to complain and going to file a complaint with my credit card company. They're fraudulent."

"I’m not sure who Mallory Boyd is, but I went to get my 4 month kitten vaccinated and they were all very friendly. It was fast and pretty reasonable cost. I will for sure be coming back and all the workers were so sweet in taking care of my cat’s need."
