Staybridge Suites Detroit - Novi, an IHG Hotel 27000 Providence Parkway, Novi, MI 48374

"This was the worse hotel stay I have ever Experienced. There was 2 kids parties with a total of 47 kids running in the halls and screaming in the pool. At one point I counted 25 kids in the whirlpool. The person working the desk said the new manager won't do anything about that many people using the facilities. I have another reservation in Feb that I will cancel. Stay far away from this hotel unless you don't mind noise, no controls over the pool. This hotel needs a complete makeover in managing a quality facility:"

"Always like staying at Staybridge Suites. Just a great environment while traveling. I usually hear dogs - and I love dogs - so it’s great that they are pet friendly."

"The room was nice, clean pool and hot tub, but the free breakfast was just terrible. If you are planning a stay because of the complimentary breakfast, save your money. The waffle maker would not dispense batter, the breakfast meat was like cardboard, the oatmeal was dry, the potatoes were bland, under cooked, and had a hint of freezer fur taste, even the orange juice tasted weird."

"The suite was clean, well-kept, and comfortable. The pool was great to have! The staff were very friendly and helpful. It's definitely a great place to stay either for a long weekend or a longer stay!"
