"Nice, clean, comfortable and very close to the interstate. We we’ve stopped here twice and had a great experience both times! The staff have all be great - especially Jason and Brian."

"No coffee in the morning. TV not working even after reset by management. Telephone had a dial tone but didn't work (safety issue). Dirty lid on ice bucket. Fire alarm went off while in the shower. No compensation for all the problems."

"Probably rates a 9.5 or so. I saw previous complaints but imagine they were due to crowded and party atmosphere following a game. Everything was nice during my stay. Only issue was the juice machine was down, but they offered me free OJ from the market place."

"While not perfect quick and responsive service was a plus. Staying here for a Notre Dame football game and the hotel provided waters, cookies and popcorn complimentary. Breakfast was ready on time and was not lacking in quantity"

"This hotel looks nice but it’s not clean. I would fire the whole housekeeping staff. The hallways were dirty and hadn’t been vacuumed. The elevators were filthy. But the worst was the room they put us in first. There were cup rings and spills on the table and stands. The carpet was dirty. There was still leftover water in the ice bucket. The cups were used. It’s like they put new sheets towels and toilet paper and then called it good. The front desk didn’t even apologize. She just wanted to know how we knew it was dirty and then moved us to another room. One that still hadn’t been vacuumed properly. We won’t be back."
