The staff has been wonderful and there is open communication. There is a high teacher retention rate which helps the children be very familiar with all the teachers. I have been very impressed with the educational component, as well. I would highly recommend Starz Academy!"

"My child received bruises in the shape of handprints on her arm complete with finger marks. We reported this to Starz and less then 2 weeks later (after blaming my child for the handprint on her arm) they issued a letter telling us we have 1 week to find a different daycare because, and I quote, "they can no longer guarantee the safety of my child". DO NOT send your kids here. By their own documented admission they cannot guarantee the safety of your child nor mine. I can and will show the letter to anyone who asks."
