"Not the best service today got waiting 25 minutes for 2 ice creams inside when I noticed they skipped my order, their screen was clear and the worker making ice cream was not busy. I asked at front they checked and it looks like they missed it, manager was there saw me waiting and no one checked. One of the two custards was melted. I was going to give 1 star but one of the workers opened the door for me and was very polite."

"8.9/10 Stevensville Culver's has a lot of things going for it and only a couple issues that keep it from crossing the 9.0 rating. I'll start with the great things it has going for it. The customer service is always on point. I have eaten at this Culver's many many times and maybe I have just gotten lucky but I have never had any issues with customer service. The food is made relatively quickly and wait times are usually not terribly long. There are a few exceptions obviously like when they are swamped during lunch hour. But in general the food is brought out quickly. Now on to what keeps them from above a 9.0 rating. The quality of the food will depend on how fresh the burger is. If you get a fresh Culver's burger and fries it's high quality and worth every dollar. If you happen to get food that is less than fresh the quality drops dramatically."

There's something about the shakes, burgers, and employees. Located in Stevensville, Michigan, Culver's restaurant is a great spot for a quick bite and consistent food. The food is always great. With all of my experiences, I never had a bad burger from Culver's. Compared to other chain restaurants, Culver's is a tad pricey. However, you always taste the quality. The service is always incredible! There's always a smiling face, kind communication or service, and the service is always awesome. All mistakes are made, and service sells better than the food. The atmosphere is always clean and welcoming. As a person who loves to sit and eat, I appreciate a clean table to enjoy a meal. Culver's is awesome. I'm grateful for the awesome experiences!"

"We don't go to Culver's much so not as knowledgeable about the menu. Chris the cashier was great... taking the time to go over things and cracking jokes and we were comfortable with what we ordered. On a side note, I went to the bathroom and a very young employee was cleaning the bathroom.After washing his hands from dealing with the garbage, he saw a piece of tissue on the floor and picked it up/put in the bin...washed his hands again. No complaints and friendly. Great training and hires."

"Place was hoppin and the food was boppin…two lane drive through and three counters to order from and all lines were filled and we still got through line and got our food quickly. Very impressive! Food was expensive, but they are using quality ingredients so to be expected."
