"If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would. We get there first thing employee was low key rude. We get the keys start heading to the room, as we pass the first set of room you can see the whole bottom of the inside of the room. The toilet there’s no drywall nothing. We get into our room the first thing I do is check the beds (I do that anywhere) I’m looking at the sheets there’s stair everywhere mine you I have 2 small children. I ask to get the sheets changed and I never got them in a timely manner. My kids father had to go and grab new sheets himself because no one came to bring them. They brought them after we put the new sheets on the bed. As the night goes by it wasn’t bad with noise. The next morning I wake up and there’s ants everywhere. Disgusting!!!! Idk how they are staying open but naw I’m good on ever going back there."
"The hotel is horrible. The rooms and hallway stink of weed. The room was run down with stains on the walls and furniture. The management runs the building through use of paper signs posted all over the place threatening the customers with charges for breaking the rules. Breakfast was non existent with no hot food. The toaster is broken and almost set fire to the toast if somebody didn't catch it. Half of the first floor is missing drywall due to what looks like a flood but the old carpet is in place. All the repairs look to be done by amateurs."
"The room was nice enough, and easy to find. That’s about all the good points. It was so loud from 10 at night until about 3:30 in the morning with banging and what sounded like furniture being moved and the smell of weed through out the whole hotel was suffocating. When I checked in the front desk person was on the phone and they didn’t say anything to me not even when check out was or the best way to get to my room. Check out was pretty similar on the phone and pointed to a bowl I could put my key in. Wasn’t even offered a receipt. I would definitely not go back."
"(UPDATE) My kids and I had to pack up and leave at 6 am because the people on the second floor were stomping and being unacceptably loud. It seemed very intentional and aside from that people were very loud throughout the night shouting down the hallways, etc. Didn’t get any sleep due to that and while we were leaving I seen someone else leaving saying something about bedbugs. Not even kidding worst experience ever. Sketchy and stinky. I’d avoid this place unless you have no other options. I am here now and upon entering the first thing I noticed was my room had not been cleaned properly and the smell coming from the room smells old and musty, a very stale sweaty smell that even my Febreze couldn’t cover. There was toothpaste marks around the sink after my initial inspection, a roll of toilet paper that was used prior to us getting here as it only had a few sheets left. As well as a half used body wash bottle. That’s pretty gross. Have the decency to give guests new hygiene products. I found pubic hair stuck to the walls, (that’s insane) There is a blood stain on the curtains, the heater doesn’t work and it’s 30 degrees outside. The Wi-Fi doesn’t work. The fridge barely works. They don’t even have basic cable just 5 free channels. Also, the pool is closed for maintenance. There is no positives here for me even the front desk guy was pretty “meh” .. not the most welcoming."
"I checked in around 6:30 PM and after checking in I had to go to the store. Upon coming back a half hour later I checked into my room and had to hear very loud sexual activities. Besides that my room had mold stains on the lamp shade, the shower and bathroom door. I was instantly disturbed so I went to the front desk and he just point towards their “policy” paper that if there is an issue I have to report it within 10 minutes. Absolutely not ok. Do NOT recommend."
