"Room was okay but the fridgerator was rusty. The hallways smelled like smoke and the stairways but there is a smoking fee if you smoke in your room. Okay for the price. But definitely could be better. Trash in stairwells."

"Sadly we didn't have hot water the whole 10 days we were there my room had a bit of a bug problem but they were only silver fish and ants so not the worst. The staff though was so kind and lovely I appreciate them so much"

"My room had a funky smell, they tried to accommodate me but it was pretty strong. Like wet dog or something. I was only staying for the night so I wasn’t too bent on it. Service was great and friendly."

"Bad hotel chain. Stayed in Sharonsville Ohio. They requested a deposit . After I booked online. After five days only half the deposit was returned. When questioned I was informed I was being charged $25 For a wash cloth that was dirty. It had ice cream on it. I left my room spotless. I had to beg for a remote. Shady business. I want my deposit back!"
