"I stayed here for a week and again staying for one more week. Last time I was given good room which is spacious. This time room is very compact and on checking with the front desk, staff is saying that rooms are not available which is not fair. I rarely see the cars in the parking though. It would be good if she is polite enough"

"I want to start by saying Nora the front desk clerk is amazing. I was having an issue with my card, being out of town and on top of that she had other customers waiting to check in. However, she was very patient and understanding and help me resolve the issue and get checked in. I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels, but here attentiveness and customer service was top tier. "I've stayed at half a dozen hotels in the Grand Rapids area and this is the best one I've stayed at. Extremely clean and comfortable rooms. Very modern. The suites are huge. The front desk was very responsive and helpful. The included breakfast was 3/5, it was hot and fresh but the oatmeal was way too watery and the line for the single waffle maker was way too long. But still acceptable. It has a really nice indoor pool area. It's a little more expensive but worth the extra cost for the quality and cleanliness of the rooms."
