Staybridge Suites Grand Rapids SW - Grandville, an IHG Hotel

"Room was dirty. Pee on the pillows stuffed in a closet from previous occupants. Soap bar left in the shower from previous occupants. One of our beds wasn't made, just sheets and blankets folded lying on the bed. Dishes were dirty. So bad that I needed to get replacement pans. Cup stains on all the tables and counters. Bathrooms dirty and empty tissues. Tried to get a new room but was told they didn't have any other rooms. Called the manager and was told it must not have been that bad if I didn't request a new room. Even though I did try to get a new room. Choose elsewhere, management and housekeeping is terrible."

"The hot tub was cold then when I said something they onlyturned it up to bathtub water temp a hot tub should be hot not warm and only has 3 jets which isn't good either and they didn't work well either maintenance guy just said he couldn't do anything about it and he didn't seem to care about the problem either not good fix your hot tub !!!!! Grandview one"

"Conveniently located just south of grand rapids, with easy access to the expressway, staying at this hotel was the ideal location for any activity we planned on our trip. The accommodations were well kept, the hotel staff and the indoor pool / hot tub was a special treat for our children. The hotel is also conveniently located to many shopping / grocery stores, which makes it easy to run out for items either forgotten, or needed to make the stay feel more like home."

"Loved our stay here! Service was great and rooms were very clean. We enjoyed shopping and dining in the area. We found an awesome hair salon for our son, Cookie Cutters nearby. Delicious breakfast options. Friendly staff, very helpful. The outside is beautiful as well, bonfire pit and grill! So peaceful. Will stay again 10/10"

"Stayed here for four weeks between November and December for work. Biggest complaint is the pillows are horrible. I had neck and upper back pain every day. Only other issue wasn’t with the hotel but with other guest letting their kids run around the breakfast area. Some of them weren’t wearing shoes and were constantly taking food out of the warmers and putting it back. We all know kids are walking infectious waste containers. Please get a handle on that because it’s unsanitary and disgusting. I pay your exorbitant rates, I want the nice, clean breakfast I paid for without having to worry about eating some kids boogers."
