"Fantastic little cottages within walking distance to everything. If you don’t like to walk, Carl and Lisa have bicycles and they’ll get you discovering public access to beaches all over the place! Bikes, shuffleboard, all the cool stuff they have set up for you, is FREE. Just good old quality service and nice people, I’ll stay here every chance I get over the new shiny condos and hotels. "Loved every aspect. Clean. Spacious. Complete. The charm pf the resort was the first impression. Upon entering our cabin, we discovered they thought of everything. Full kitchen with a nice assortment of pots, pans, utensils, etc. Plenty of towels, and even plenty of hooks to hang them on. We'll stay here again 100%."

"My husband and I made a quick trip away from home and picked this resort for our stay. I am SO glad I stumbled across the listing because Lisa and her significant other have made this resort the perfect getaway spot! We stayed on Eco Cottage 7 and for two people it was the perfect size to keep you sheltered and cozy. Staying here was a lot like camping without actually towing the whole trailer with you. The Clubhouse at the front of the property was darling and had everything you could want. Paradise Pines is also PERFECTLY located! You can reach downtown Elk Rapids in mere minutes on one of their Cruiser bikes available for resort folks and you can walk across to Lake Michigan at the Elk Rapids Day Use park/ Walk of Art Sculpture Park. I cannot say enough about how much we absolutely loved it here! We cannot wait to book another stay."

"Clean, comfortable, quiet! Our cabin served as a perfect overflow for visiting family. The setting is nestled in to the woods and is very private and quiet. The owners are kind and caring and communication is excellent. They offer many extras (bikes, shuffleboard, campfires) to make stays enjoyable. You can’t beat the location and setting of these charming cabins to enjoy a stay in northern MI!"

"What a sweet wonderful gem located in quaint Elk Rapids! We stayed in cottage 2 and absolutely enjoyed our stay here while attending family wedding weekend. Carl and Lisa are spot on for customer service and went above and beyond accommodating our late arrival due to airline cancellations. The cottage is well stocked and comfortable. Super chill vibe and we would have stayed longer had we known how special this area was. Definitely would stay here again and what an ideal property for a family reunion. Paradise for sure !"
