"Everything started out good while communicating with Andrea McMullen, I received home and auto coverage In April 2023. On May 10th I contacted my agents office and spoke with Daryl Lawrence who was also being helpful at the time. I advised her that i wanted to get a insurance quote on my wife 15 year Anniversary ring, she said ok advised me of what to send over, and she confirmed that she had received all requested documents needed for getting a quote, and would get back with me within a day. After a week had gone by I called my agents office and spoke to Daryl Lawrence, asking if she had a quote for me yet, she advised me that she did not, and placed me on hold. MR. RAY MOULDEN, picked up the call and begin speaking with a me, who I also advised of what I was waiting on. MR. MOULDEN EXACT WORDS TO ME WAS WELL I DIDN'T INSURE IT BECAUSE IT WAS "SKETCHY". I ask elaborate more on what it is you are talking about, he stated the amount of the ring coverage. Mr. MOULDEN also advised me to contact my jeweler to get my wife ring covered there because he will NOT DO IT. He stated he is a auto and home owner insurance company. I asked had he ever covered jewelry before and he advised he have but do not like doing so. I called ALL STATE customer service and explained the situation to them they insured me immediately after I sent over all requested documents. I contacted MR. MOULDEN and advised that I did not like how I was treated by him and how unprofessional he was to add insult to me and my wife by stating " YOU MUST REALLY LOVE YOUR WIFE TO BUY HER A RING LIKE THAT". I asked why do you say that, his response was " IT DOESN'T MATTER ANYWAY, IM STILL GETTING PAID FROM YOU POLICY. I called customer service back to see if I could get a new agent and they advised me I could, but MR. MOULDEN would still get paid from my policy as he stated. Currently I am still with ALL STATE and the same agent because ALL STATE has given me the best quote. I am NOT HAPPY BEING UNDER RAY MOULDEN AGENCY. HE IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND ARROGANT AFTER HE BECOMES YOUR AGENT KNOWING THAT HE WILL GET PAID NO MATTER WHAT."
