"Great atmosphere, the apartment is a treasure w the deck to the pool, short walk to sauna, very comfy, soo comfortable. Everything is clean, n attention for detail. Thanks so much Nola, we will definitely be back."
"We stayed here after Silver Lakes and before Sleeping Bear Dunes. Smoking is allowed outside. Beautiful home, clean, has a pool, grill, fire pit (wood is next to garage). Nola is very nice. There are also a couple of rooms with private entrances. I highly recommend."
"Stayed there with some golf buddies so we could play Arcadia Bluffs and everything was great. Didn't use the pool but wished I had brought my swimsuit cause it looked nice.. There was plenty of room for the four of us. Looking forward to staying there again."
"If you are planning on staying anywhere in the area, go to Nola's. If not for the beautiful, private pool, if not for the wonderful, centralized location yet privacy you can rarely achieve, do it for Nola. A kind, wonderful, accommodating woman who is so cheery and happy, you can't help but to feel that same happiness. Which you absolutely should- you are in an amazingly beautiful portion of Michigan with so much natural beauty that it's stunning. Nola's is wonderful and for as long as I live and visit Onekama, I will never be staying anywhere other than Nola's. I've stayed both in the guest house and the room titled 'The Skipper'. Both were great and comfortable! I think my husband and I's favorite part was the pool- clean, warm, and large enough to dive, we had a wonderful time (and stayed in it for about three hours or more each trip!) There's just something so charming about Nola's..."
"We rented the entire house for our bridal party and we loved our time at Nola's! She had everything we needed and made it a personable and fun experience for us all. It felt more like we were staying at a friend's house with her warm and welcoming personality. She had extra towels for us to take to the beach (which was super close and convenient!) She was able to recommend nearby stores and things to do, and she provided breakfast and coffee for us which felt like a real treat! If you've got a group, consider staying at Nola's. There was plenty of space to sleep and to gather. Six adults stayed upstairs in the three bedrooms (gazer, drifter, skipper) and shared the one updated bathroom which worked out really well. The bride and groom stayed downstairs in a larger room with their own updated bathroom and kitchenette. We had plenty of room for getting ready for the wedding because we did make up on the front porch, and did our hair and dresses upstairs. We used the dining room for our bachelorette party, and we loved sitting and hanging out by the pool in the morning and evenings. Keep in mind, there's no AC in the house, but every room had at least one fan. While I loved almost everything about my stay, I wish my bed had been a little more comfortable. I'd come back again though because Nola's hospitality is hard to beat!"
